Common Questions
Everything you need to know before your first visit.
How long does the initial consultation take?
Plan for approximately 30-40 minutes. This gives us adequate time to perform a thorough assessment, discuss your findings, and answer all your questions.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. However, if you have relevant imaging or medical reports, please bring them along.
Is the $119 offer available to everyone?
This offer is exclusively for new patients who haven’t visited our clinic before. It includes everything you need for a comprehensive first assessment.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. You may be asked to move through various positions during the assessment, so wear something you can move freely in.
Will I receive treatment on my first visit?
In most cases, yes. After your assessment and diagnosis, we’ll begin appropriate treatment if it’s safe and beneficial to do so.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, and HICAPS for on-the-spot health fund claims. Payment is required at the time of service.
